Core Facilities IT supports Core Facilities staff with technology resources ranging from desktop systems to custom software solutions.

There are several ways to request service:

1)Navigate to the service portal and create a new problem report or service request.

Create a problem report if you need to alert the IT team to an issue with a production (live) system or process.

Create a service request if you would like to request something new, including software, hardware, services, or training.
