AKTA Explorer FPLC biomolecule purification system monitors up to 3 wavelengths simultaneously (190-700nm), conductivity and pH. Pump P-900 has flow rates up to 50ml/min. Fraction Collector 900 uses 96 well plates up to 50ml tubes, Computer has control and data analysis software. (Currently the pH monitor does not work)
